Our Operations Department is in charge of a performance management programme focused on all stakeholders involved in providing services to our beneficiaries.

The development aof our Quality project as well as the level of satisfaction of our beneficiaries will be subject to regular monitoring by IMA Benelux’s Management Committee and Management Meeting.

Professionalism and daily contributions from all IMA Benelux’s stakeholders are key components of our Quality approach, and important assets to our work.
